Blueberry & Toasted Coconut Chia Bowl Recipe

230 ml Coconut Milk
6 g Chia seeds
20 g Blueberry compote
15 g Honey
10 g Frozen blueberry
80 g Rich cream  (whipped)


All ingredients are available at Foodhall stores.


  1. In a pan, bring coconut milk and chia seeds to a boil and set it aside to cool.
  2. Add blueberry compote to the mix and gently fold in the whipped cream. 
  3. Once the ingredients are mixed, carefully drain the mix into a container and refrigerate.
  4. Garnish with berries.
