Blueberry & Toasted Coconut Chia Bowl Recipe

230 ml Coconut Milk
6 g Chia seeds
20 g Blueberry compote
15 g Honey
10 g Frozen blueberry
80 g Rich cream (whipped)
All ingredients are available at Foodhall stores.
- In a pan, bring coconut milk and chia seeds to a boil and set it aside to cool.
- Add blueberry compote to the mix and gently fold in the whipped cream.
- Once the ingredients are mixed, carefully drain the mix into a container and refrigerate.
- Garnish with berries.
