Burrata – 2
Cornflour – 10 gms
Castor Sugar – 100 gms
Mascarpone – 150 gms
Lemon Zest – 2 lemons
Biscotti / Cookies – 3

METHOD
- In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese & castor sugar
- Add in the eggs, one at a time
- Add the burrata cheese
- Fold in the cornflour & lemon zest
- Bake in a water bath for 20 minutes at 160 degree celsius
