Cheese Chilli Corn (3C) Toast Recipe

Preparation time – 10 minutes
Cooking time – 10 minutes

What you need:
• Bread slices – 6, thick
• ProVedic Garlic infused Ghee – 1 tbsp
• Garlic – 1 tbsp, minced

For the cheese-corn spread:
• ProVedic Garlic infused Ghee – 2 tbsp
• Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup
• Processed Cheese – 2 tbsp
• Boiled sweet corn – 1 cup, roughly chopped
• Italian seasoning/mixed herbs – 1 tsp
• Parsley – 2 tsp, chopped
• Green Chilli – 1 tsp, chopped
• Red chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
• Cracked black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
• Salt, to taste

Method:
1. Melt the Garlic flavoured ghee and add minced garlic, sauté until aromatic. Lightly smear the garlic ghee on the bread on both sides, and toast until light golden brown

2. Add coarsely chopped boiled sweet corn and season with Italian seasoning/mixed herbs, salt, black pepper, chilli flakes and mix well.
Mix all the cheese well and gently add the sautéed corn mixture and green chilli in together

3. Spread the prepared cheese chilli corn topping over the toast.
In a pre-heated oven bake for 5-6 minutes or until the cheese melts and is slightly golden brown and bubbly
