

Chocolate Ice cream Taco Recipe
Adults will enjoy it and the kids will love it, Amrita Rana shares a delicious recipe.



INGREDIENTS
2 scoops dark chocolate ice-cream
1 tbsp Nutella
1 tbsp toasted almonds
Sugar sprinkles for garnish
2 waffles
For the waffle
1 egg
1 cup flour
¾ cup milk
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
METHOD
For the waffle
- Preheat the waffle iron. In a large bowl beat the egg with a hand beater until fluffy. Add flour, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla, and mix it just until smooth.
- Brush some oil on the preheated waffle iron. Pour half of the mix onto hot waffle iron. Cook until slightly golden.
- Cook until the waffle is soft. Make two waffles using the same process. Set aside.
- To maintain a taco shape, heat the waffles in a microwave for 30 seconds; waffle will soften and flatten. Immediately mould waffle into a hard taco shell shape with your hands. Let it rest until set, about 2 minutes.
For the topping

Slather some Nutella over the waffles. Add ice-cream scoops. Garnish with almonds and sugar sprinkles. Serve immediately.
