Coconut & Mango Overnight Oats Recipe

A healthy vegan breakfast jar of chilled overnight oats.

Rolled oats, toasted; 4 tbsp

Ripe Mango, puréed ; 1/2 Cup

Fresh Coconut, grated; 1 tbsp

Almond Milk ; 1 Cup

Maple Syrup or Honey; 1 tbsp

Chia Seeds; 1 tsp

Pomegranate seeds; 2 tbsp

Almonds, chopped; 2 tsp



1. Put the oats, mango puree, grated coconut, almond milk in a glass jar and shake well to combine. 

If mixture is too thick then add more almond milk and mix.

2. Add the maple syrup, chia, pomegranate seeds.

3. Refrigerate overnight and consume chilled in the morning garnished with chopped almonds.
