1 cup pineapple juice
Few slices of pineapple (freeze for some time)
1 cup coconut milk
½ cup cranberry juice
Handful Of fresh/ frozen cranberries
Optional: A shot of white rum/ malibu or any coconut liquer
- Blend the pineapple juice, coconut milk and frozen pineapple slices in a blender jar.
- Reserve half and add cranberry juice and few cranberries to rest half and blend.
- Pour half and half in a serving glass/jar.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and more cranberries. Serve chilled.
