
INGREDIENTS
2 baby bananas
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup dulce de leche
Beans from one vanilla pod
Pinch of cinnamon powder
1 scoop vanilla ice-cream
Caramel sauce/ chocolate sauce, to drizzle
METHOD
- In a skillet, melt the butter.
- Whisk the vanilla beans and cinnamon in dulce de leche.
- Coat the bananas generously with dulce de leche.
- Transfer the bananas onto the skillet and bake for 10 minutes or until the bananas are tender
- Serve with vanilla ice-cream and caramel sauce or chocolate sauce
