Dumpling Of Chive And Prawn Recipe

Serves: 2 people
For the filling:
100 g prawns
20 g celery, chopped
20 g cilantro & coriander, chopped
30 g carrot, chopped
30 g button mushroom
Few drops of sesame oil
Salt to taste
For the dough:
Puree of chives
For the filling
- Mix all the ingredients and keep aside.
For the dough
- Knead the dough ingredients for 3 minutes in hot water. Keep aside to rest.
- Roll out 3” circles. Hold the dough in your palm and add the stuff filling to create a sui mai shape.
- Steam in a dim sum basket for 3 minutes and serve with dipping sauce.
