Grilled Avocado with Salsa Recipe

Serves: 3-4 people
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 red onion, finely chopped
½ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste

- Mix oil, chopped cilantro, salt, pepper and lemon juice in a bowl to prepare the cilantro lime dressing.
- Mix onion, tomato with some salt and pepper in a bowl to prepare the salsa.
- Slice the avocados in half and remove the seed plus skin. Rub some oil on it and grill it for a few minutes on both the side. Once done, place it on serving plate and spoon the salsa on the avocados and drizzle cilantro lime salsa on top.
- Serve warm with crusty bread on the side.
