Honey Sesame Cookies Recipe

What you need:
• Butter – 40g, softened
• Vegetable oil – 120ml
• Honey – 50g
• Egg – 1
• Plain flour – 190g
• Sesame seeds – 75g, toasted
• Baking powder – 1 tsp
• Pistachios – 40g, roughly crushed

1. Preheat the oven to 175C. In a bowl, cream together the butter, oil, and honey until smooth

2. Beat in the egg, then add the flour, sesame seeds, baking powder, and pistachios, stir to combine

3. Shape the dough in small balls onto a nonstick baking tray. Bake for 9-12 minutes until golden brown. Allow it to cool a few minutes on the baking tray
