The Thai cuisine is considered unique for its perfect blending of salty, sweet, sour, and spicy flavours. Here’s a snapshot of what you can look forward to when you drop in at Foodhall this June!
Stop by the On-the-go section and shop pantry staples that will help you recreate authentic Thai recipes at home. Pick up Thai-style sauces, dips and dressings like the Peanut Satay Sauce and the Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce. And take home freshly ground Red, Green and Massaman Curry Pastes for fragrant, coconut milk curries.

You’ll find them at our Thai Garden at the Farmer’s Market where you can also pick fresh Galangal, Thai Eggplants, Morning Glory and Bamboo Shoots to elevate your curries and stir-fries.
Take home DIY kits for Som Tam (Raw Papaya Salad), Yum Mamuang (Mango Salad), Khao Niew Mamuang (Mango Sticky Rice), Thai fresh fruit platters and tubs of Thai Guacamole with Rice Crackers.
