Kalamata Olive and Sweet Fig Tapenade Recipe


Tapenade is a rich soft paste made of olives and flavoured with garlic, mustard, basil and parsley and more

INGREDIENTS


<li>In a blender, blitz together olives, dry figs, garlic and jalapeno. Remove from the blender and add rosemary, thyme and basil to it. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle it with a generous helping of olive oil.</li><li>Garnish with crushed walnut and serve with crostini, lavash or pita bread.</li>

METHOD
