Keto Chocolate Avo Mousse Recipe

Flesh of Ripe Avocados; 2 large

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder; 1/2 cup

Coconut Cream; 1/2 cup

Powdered Sweetener (Stevia or Splenda); 1/4 cup

Vanilla Extract; 1/2 tsp

Cinnamon; 1 tsp

Nutmeg; a pinch

Sea Salt; a pinch

Raspberries; 10-12

Almond Slivers; a handful


  1. Add avocado and coconut cream to a processor and pulse.
  2. Add unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered sweetener, salt and spices. Mix well.
  3. Pour mixture in 6 shot glasses and chill for at least an hour.
  4. Garnish with almond slivers and raspberries. Serve chilled.
