Mango Chutney Recipe
Karishma Sakhrani shares the perfect accompaniment this mango season.
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Serves: 3-4 people
1 cup mango pulp
1 small white onion
3 tsp white vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
2 pcs star anise
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tbsp mint, finely chopped
1 lemon, juiced
- Cook the mango pulp on a medium high flame on the gas, with all the ingredients except for the mint.
- Stir intermittently, cooking for about ten minutes.
- Switch off the gas and cool. Add the chopped mint.
- Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator before serving.
