Dirty Mango Lassi Recipe

A refreshing frozen yoghurt drink spiked for your cocktail parties

Serves: 4 people


1 mango, peeled, stoned and chopped
4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
3 tsp sugar (or to taste)
1 handful ice cubes
A generous shot of dark rum
Sprinkle Arqa cardamom powder



All ingredients are available at Foodhall stores


  1. Put the yoghurt, mango, sugar, ice, rum into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a tumbler and sprinkle some cardamom powder.
