1 mango, peeled, stoned and chopped
4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
3 tsp sugar (or to taste)
1 handful ice cubes
A generous shot of dark rum
Sprinkle Arqa cardamom powder
All ingredients are available at Foodhall stores
- Put the yoghurt, mango, sugar, ice, rum into a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a tumbler and sprinkle some cardamom powder.
