Mango Lassi Recipe
When the king of fruits is in season, use it at its best. Amrita Rana shares a simple mango lassi recipe.
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2-3 people
2 cups thick yoghurt
2 Alphonso mangoes, peel and discard skin
Pinch of cardamom powder
Few pistachio slivers for garnish
Few saffron strands
- Blend the mango pulp, yoghurt, cardamom and sugar with some ice to a smooth consistency.
- Pour it in a glass. Top it with water soaked saffron strands and pistachio slivers.
