Mango Lassi Recipe


When the king of fruits is in season, use it at its best. Amrita Rana shares a simple mango lassi recipe.

Serves: 2-3 people

INGREDIENTS


2 cups thick yoghurt
2 Alphonso mangoes, peel and discard skin
Pinch of cardamom powder
Few pistachio slivers for garnish
Few saffron strands
Sugar (optional)

METHOD


  1. Blend the mango pulp, yoghurt, cardamom and sugar with some ice to a smooth consistency.
  2. Pour it in a glass. Top it with water soaked saffron strands and pistachio slivers.
