Marigold Glaze Recipe
Give your desserts an instant lift up with Arqa special marigold glaze.
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2 people
4 tbsp Arqa Marigold
1 cup fresh orange juice
½ cup sugar
4 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp orange zest
2 Arqa cloves
All ingredients are available at Foodhall store
- In a saucepan, heat the orange juice, lemon juice & sugar until it is dissolved.
- Do this on low heat. Add the cloves & Arqa Marigold and stir well.
- Reduce the mix to 1/3 cup, strain & allow to cool. Use it to glaze panna cotta or mini cakes.
