Matcha and Coconut Energy Balls Recipe

Coconut, fresh, grated; ½ cup

Almond Flour; 4 tbsp

Maple Syrup; 2 tbsp

Extra Virgin Coconut Oil; 1 tbsp

Dates, chopped; 2 tbsp

Matcha Green Tea; 1 tbsp


1.Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend to make a crushed mixture.

2. Mash to combine well and make 1 inch, small balls.

3. Roll the balls in desiccated coconut or cocoa powder and store in airtight jars in a cool place.
