Mexican Cherry Chipotle Salsa Recipe
Mexican food is incomplete without salsa dips. Try out our special recipe of Cherry Chipotle Salsa. I
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 3-4 people
2 cups cherries, halved and pitted
¼ cup onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic
¼ cup fresh coriander, chopped
1 or 2 chipotle chilli
3 tbsp lime juice
Salt to taste
- Place garlic in a food processor and pulse a few times to finely chop.
- Add half of the cherries, onions, fresh coriander, chipotle chilli, lime juice and process till finely chopped.
- Add rest of the cherries and pulse a few times till they are coarsely chopped. Add salt to taste.
