Mozzarella Crostini With Smoked Paprika Basil Salt Recipe
A quick snack for your party needs. Smoked paprika basil salt from ARQA will add plenty of flavour to your regular baguette dish.
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 2-3 people
8 slices of a baguette
3 small bocconcini, thinly sliced
Few Basil leaves
Handful of cherry tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp ARQA smoked paprika basil salt (Available at Foodhall)
- Brush olive oil over the baguette slices and toast lightly on a pan. Alternatively, you can toast them in an oven as well. To add flavour, rub a slice of garlic onto the baguette.
- In a pan, cook the cherry tomatoes with little oil and season it with salt for a minute or until they are tad soft and wrinkly on top.
- Lay out the bocconcini slices on the toasted baguette slices. Add some basil leaves and cooked cherry tomatoes on top. Drizzle olive oil and finish it with a sprinkle of smoked paprika basil salt on top.
