Multigrain Sandwich With Prosciutto Recipe

Serves: 2 people
4 slices of multigrain bread
1 tsp butter
2 cups or few slices of cheddar cheese
1 green apple, cut into fine wedges
Few slices of prosciutto
Fresh black pepper, cracked
Handful of lettuce leaves
- Assemble the sandwich by layering lightly buttered bread slice, lettuce, prosciutto, green apples and finally cheddar slices. Crack some pepper over it and finish the sandwich by topping it with the second slice of bread.
- Cut into squares or triangles before serving.
