Oats Crackers With Pink Peppercorn Salt Recipe

A quick and easy recipe to fill up your snack jar.

1 cup oat meal (Blend 1 cup oats in your mixer grinder to powder it)
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp Arqa pnk peppercorn salt + more for top
1 tsp honey
½ cup milk



All ingredients available at Foodhall stores


  1. In a bowl, mix flour, blended oat meal and salt together. In a separate bowl, combine oil, milk, and honey. Pour the liquid into the flour and knead it well. 
  2. Take half of the dough. Dust with more flour and roll it out as thinly as possible.
  3. Using a shaping tool or a cutter, cut the dough into bite size pieces. Brush some milk over the crackers and sprinkle some pink peppercorn salt on top.
  4. Place them on the parchment paper on a baking tray and bake at 180 degree C until they start to get brown. It usually takes about 20 minutes. Place them on a rack to let them cool and get crispy. Store in a cookie jar or an airtight jar. It stays fresh for upto 15 days.
