Overnight Peanut Butter Oatmeal Recipe

No fuss breakfast that is as tasty as it is delicious
Cook Time: 10 minutes + leave overnight

Serves: 2 people


1 large ripe banana, mashed (about ½ cup)
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp light agave syrup or honey

All ingredients are available at Foodhall stores


  1. In a medium bowl, mash the banana with a fork.
  2. Add in the peanut butter, rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla, honey (or agave) and cinnamon powder. Mix well until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into two airtight containers and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  4. When ready to eat, give the oats a good stir, and garnish with a spoonful of peanut butter, frozen berries, fresh berries, and walnuts.
