Pesto Rosso Recipe

Here is a quick and easy dip recipe to complete your perfect Italian fare

Serves: Makes 200g


200 g oven dried tomato
50 g sun-dried tomato
15 g garlic, minced
30 g almonds, blanched
3 g Arqa paprika powder
Arqa salt and black pepper to taste 
60 ml olive oil
1 tsp sugar
6 ml balsamic vinegar
30 g Parmesan cheese
1-2 rosemary sprigs



All ingredients are available at Foodhall stores 


  1. Process oil, almonds, rosemary, vinegar, sugar, paprika, tomatoes, and garlic in a food processor until finely chopped
  2. season with salt and pepper and use as and when required.
