Ragi Chips Recipe

What you need:
• Ragi Flour – 1 cup
• Wheat flour – 1/4 cup
• Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Salt, to taste
• Chaat masala, to taste
• Oil – 2 tsp

1. Mix Ragi and wheat flour in a bowl. Add salt and red chilli powder. Drizzle some oil and mix well
2. Add very little water knead the dough and allow it to rest for some time, around 15 minutes
3. Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 180-degree celcius for 10 minutes.
4. Once rested, make small balls from the dough and roll them flat
5. Cut it into strips and apply oil over it
6. And bake these chips at 140 degrees for 15 minutes, or until it becomes crispy
7. Once it’s out of the oven, sprinkle chaat masala over it and serve
