Ras el Hanout Lamb Chops Recipe

Middle Eastern spiced lamb chops fit for a king!

Serves: 3 to 4 people


500 g lamb chops                           
1 tsp Arqa Hot Paprika
3 tbsp Arqa Ras el Hanout
½ tsp Arqa Saffron
1 tsp Arqa All Spice Seed Powder
3 cloves garlic
5 tbsp tzatziki
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste

All ingredients are available at Foodhall stores


  1. Combine minced garlic, Ras el Hanout, salt, black pepper, all spice seed powder, saffron, paprika & mix well.
  2. Rub on lamb chops & let sit for an hour or overnight.
  3. Preheat grill over medium high heat & cook the chops for 5 minutes on each side till crisp & golden.
  4. Serve with fresh tzatziki.
