Roasted Broccoli with Tahini Sauce Recipe

What you need:
• Tahini – 2 tbsp
• Lemon juice -3 tbsp, plus more to serve
• Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
• Salt – 1/2 tsp
• Black pepper, as per taste
• Olive oil – 2 tbsp
• Broccoli – 4 cups, cut into 1 1/2-inch florets

1. Preheat oven to 230° C
2. Place all of the ingredients except for the broccoli in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Add broccoli and toss well to thoroughly coat. Scatter on a sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes. Serve hot for best flavour, squeezing a little extra lemon juice on top
