Rose Iced Latte Recipe

Avoid spending big bucks at coffee houses and instead make your own Latte flavoured with Arqa Rose Petals
Cook Time: 15 minutes + 1 hour to infuse

Serves: 4 people


2 tbsp Arqa Rose Petals
¼ tsp Arqa cardamom seeds, slightly crushed
1½  cups milk
2 to 4 tbsp cane sugar
A dash of rose water (optional)
400 ml of  freshly brewed black coffee
Few ice cubes
Chopped pistachios to garnish

All ingredients are available at Foodhall stores.




  1. In a saucepan, heat up cardamom seeds, Arqa Rose Petals, milk & sugar. Stir well to dissolve all the sugar. Once simmering, take it off the heat.
  2. Let it steep for at least one hour to let all the flavours infuse. Strain through fine sieve & add a dash of rose water if you need a stronger rose flavour.  Leave it aside.
  3. In a tall glass, drop in a few ice cubes & pour in the black coffee. Top it with the rose infused milk & garnish with chopped pistachios & more rose petals. Serve immediately.
