Seafood Ceviche Recipe
Quick and easy to make, the seafood ceviche will keep your guests entertained. Amrita Rana shares a quick recipe.
100 g Smoked Salmon, finely chopped
100 g baby prawns, deveined & finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped bell pepper
Handful of coriander leaves
Juice of two lemon
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 fresh red chilli
1 avocado, peel, discard seed & finely chopped
- Toss the seafood with fresh lime juice, cover and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or until the meat has lost its transparency and becomes opaque. Mix it several times.
- Add the salt, red chillies, olive oil, onions, peppers and fresh coriander and refrigerate for another hour. Add chopped avocado at last.
- Mix and chill for another 15 minutes before serving.
