Sourdough Toast with Garlic Ghee Recipe

Preparation time – 5 minutes
Cooking time – 8 minutes

What you need:

• Foodhall Sourdough Bread – 6 slices
• ProVedic Garlic Ghee – 2 tbsp
• Garlic – ½ tsp, minced
• Chilli flakes – ¼ tsp
• Parsley – ½ tsp, chopped

Method:
1. Melt the Garlic ghee and add miced garlic, chilli flakes, parsley and seasoning

2. Thinly slice the sourdough bread and brush the flavoured ghee on top of the sliced sourdough

3. On a preheated oven of 190° C, arrange the them on a baking sheet.
Bake them until golden & crisp, for 10-12 minutes
