Vegetarian Poké Bowl Recipe

Poke is healthy, delicious and totally unique take on deconstructed sushi.

Serves: 2 people


150 g sushi rice
100 g teriyaki tofu
30 g soy sauce & wasabi dressing
1-2 avocado
10 g pickled ginger
30 g cucumber chunks 

To garnish
Chopped spring onion
Arqa Shichimi Togarashi
Mixed sesame seeds


All ingredients are available at Foodhall stores.


  1. To assemble, first place the rice into your serving bowls.
  2. Arrange the remaining ingredients on top – tofu, cucumber, ginger pickle, avocado slices.
  3. Garnish with scallions, Arqa Shichimi Togarashi and toasted sesame seeds.
  4. When ready to eat, pour the sauce in, and toss to mix well.
  5. Serve immediately.
