Vegetarian Poké Bowl Recipe
Poke is healthy, delicious and totally unique take on deconstructed sushi.

Serves: 2 people
150 g sushi rice
100 g teriyaki tofu
30 g soy sauce & wasabi dressing
10 g pickled ginger
30 g cucumber chunks
Chopped spring onion
Arqa Shichimi Togarashi
Mixed sesame seeds
All ingredients are available at Foodhall stores.
- To assemble, first place the rice into your serving bowls.
- Arrange the remaining ingredients on top – tofu, cucumber, ginger pickle, avocado slices.
- Garnish with scallions, Arqa Shichimi Togarashi and toasted sesame seeds.
- When ready to eat, pour the sauce in, and toss to mix well.
- Serve immediately.
