Victoria Beckham’s Post-workout Avocado & Egg Whites Snack Recipe

What you need:
• 8 egg whites
• 2 avocados, sliced
• Japanese 7 spices (to taste)
• Pinch of sea salt (to taste)
• Avocado oil spray

1. In a frying pan on medium-high heat spray a little avocado oil
2. When the pan is really hot pour in the egg whites and scramble them until they are a little crispy but not dry
3. Season with sea salt and Japanese 7 spices and serve with sliced avocado on the side
